Where:
At traffic circles, including mini traffic circles or roundabouts, where traffic from multiple directions converges.

Purpose:
To warn drivers that a traffic circle is ahead and that they must yield to traffic already circulating or to traffic that will enter the circle before them.
This ensures a smooth flow of traffic and reduces the risk of collisions within the circle.

Action:
Slow down as you approach the traffic circle and look in all directions for other vehicles.
Yield to vehicles already in the circle or those approaching the yield line at the entrance before you.
Stop if necessary to allow other vehicles to pass safely.
The vehicle that reaches the yield line first generally has the right of way and may proceed first.

At mini circles, behave as you would at a normal intersection:
Signal in advance the direction in which you intend to turn.
Keep alert for pedestrians and cyclists near the circle.
Enter the circle only when safe and proceed cautiously
